Description

Villa Primula is located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic area, two minutes' walk from the centre of Moena and, in winter, from the departure station of the ski bus.

It has 3 apartments for rent for 2 to 4 people, ideal for families and small groups of friends.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Each flat is equipped with everything you need, including satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. The attic apartments also have a balcony.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with private parking for our guests, which in the summer months is equipped with a gazebo, barbecue, tables, benches and deck chairs.

Everything was excelent!

Everything was as expected in Giulietta's apartment. We had the mansarda one, for us and our 8 years old daughter and it was perfect. Giulietta is a lovely host, making sure we felt as home. We had a nice welcoming with a bottle of Bombardino, biscuits and coffee chocolate. 3 min walking from the center/restaurants/shops. I highly recommend Villa Primula, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Moena! Thanks Giulietta and best regards! Adela.

A wonderful holiday in Moena

I spent a wonderful week at the Villa Primula flat. It is a comfortably furnished flat, with beautiful mountain view and a great location close to the central square in Moena. The owners are amazing - helpful, accommodating. The flat has everything you need. The balcony has an amazing view of the mountains. There is a drying room for skis and boots in the basement. The centre is a few minutes walk away, there are many shops, a bakery, restaurants. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you and we will be back!

Vacanza perfetta

Villa in posizione tranquilla adiacente al centro di Moena. Appartamento in mansarda con bella veduta verso i monti, moderno, pulito e completo di tutto. Punto strategico per escursioni ed impianti sciistici. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Soggiorno perfetto, da ripetere. Un caro saluto alla Sig.ra Giulietta e Sig. Giovanni.
