THE HOUSE The house "Majon di Roces" is in the most historical and oldest corner of the village Gries-Canazei, in the Str. de Magoa nr. 20. It's in a quiet and sunny position, it has a spacious parking and a garden with barbeque. Near the house there are the chemist's, the super-market, the skibus stop, the ski area Belvedere/Col Rodella, cross country ski tracks, and many restaurants.

The apartment "1" located on the first floor is composed of a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with TV-SAT, three bedrooms each one with 2 bed (possibility of addition), two bathrooms one of this supplied with washing-machine. Moroveor there is a spacious and sunny balcony.
Living-room is spacious and bright with TV-SAT, table, sofa and an armchair.
Rooms are confortable and quiet. Each room holds a french window straight on the balcony and with a beautiful view of the Dolomites.
The room holds a big and capacious cupboard with a double bed and a window with view on the garden.
There are two bathrooms with windows. The big one holds utilities, wash-basin with mirror, bathtub, washing machine and phon.

From house "Majon di Roces" is possible to enjoy a wonderful landscape of the Fassa Dolomites. Canazei is known as a important ski area place, especially for the Sella Ronda tour which run around the mountains Sella group. Moroveor in the village you can discover many paths for relaxing walks and more demanding excursions.
