Description

The flat is in the centre of Campitello, at a range of 250 metres from Col Rodella cableway, starting point of "Sella Ronda" skytour in winter or wonderful mountain hikes in summer.

It is cosy, comfortable and consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, livingroom and kitchen with balcony.

Livingroom and kitchen are a single room, divided up into living space and dinette/kitchen.

It has private car park and ski depot.

La posizione è ottima e vicino a tutte le comodità e servizi necessari, a pochi passi dalla funivia e dal centro del paese, ma comunque silenziosavistoa l'ottima insonorizzazione e i doppi vetri. La casa è molto spaziosa e ben arredata, luminosa e pulitissima. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in famiglia con tutte le comodità. La Sig.ra Bernard è una persona che da subito si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile. È stata sempre molto puntuale e premurosa. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Sehr nette, zuverlässige Vermieterin. Zweckmäßige, blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Talstation und dem Dorfmittelpunkt (Bäcker, Supermarkt usw.). Faire Preisgestaltung. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
