Winterbreak 2023

I’ve visited Marta’s house 9 times yet, I guess!! :) It is such a lovely place to stay for vacation and so on… Lot’s of place to sleep, a plenty ski slopes, bike paths in the neighbourhood and many, many more… The host is always helpful and very friendly. I recommend this place.

Great time in a beautiful home!

It was my third time here in Marta's house. We had such a nice family time at this beautiful home! Amazing view, great open space for hanging out, making food and eating together. We were a group of 4 who just wanted to get away from the city for a relaxing week in the mountains, and let me tell you, waking up to the beautiful sunrises at this place was exactly what the doctor called for! The pictures do not do this home justice. The view is amazing! Home was very clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are very spacious. Everything you need is at this house for a comfortable stay, Marta is always there to help. We will be going back next year for sure.

Thank you so much for the beautiful review and I'm glad you found so well here with us. We will organize as soon as possible to make the best photos that demonstrate the beauty of our apartments and the view of the valley seen from our windows and balconies. I wait for you next year

Raccomandatissimo

Ottima posizione tranquilla, splendida vista sul Catinaccio. Appartamento spazioso e comodo, pulito e ben arredato. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto efficiente. Non siamo stati molto in casa perche' con il tempo buono eravamo sempre a camminare, ma era sempre un piacere ritornare a casa alla sera. Non ultimo, ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Assolutamente raccomandato per chi vuole fare una vacanza in val di Fassa.

winter holidays

I have lived in Villa Marta four times already. Marta Boninsegna, a host, is a very kind and helpful person. The whole house is good organized and you feel like somebody cares about your comfort all the time. You get three cosy and very well equipped apartments, ski boots drier for everyone and all informations about what you will need to spent an unforgettable holidays in the Dolomites. Surroundings and the view from the house are outstanding! It is only about 5 minutes way by a car to Campitello di Fassa where a cable car to Col Rodella starts. You can also reach to every ski areas in Fassa Valley by a skibus. We plan to go there again for sure and I really look forward to the next ski season :-)

Bardzo dobre warunki

Do tego apartamentu jeżdżę od 7-miu lat. Bardzo dobre warunki za rozsądną cene. Czysto, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Apartamenty z dwoma łazienkami powodują, że w fajny sposób można spędzić czas ze znajomymi. Na ogół jeździmy tam w dwie rodziny. Marta jest bardzo miłą właścicielką. Do skibusu nie dalej niż 200m a dojazd do najbliższego wyciągu zajmuje mniej niż 10 minut. W samej miejscowości jest jeden bar i więcej atrakcji nie ma. Nie mniej gdy wraca się z nart o 18-ej to i tak nie ma za bardzo sił na wieczorne wyjścia :)

Schöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten hier einen sehr gelungenen Wander- und Kletterurlaub und wurden sehr herzlich von Familie (und Hund) aufgenommen. Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet/erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vacanza 2016

Questa è la seconda volta che io e la mia famiglia trascorriamo le nostre vacanze estive presso la Signora Marta. Accoglienza e disponibilità super. Gli appartamenti rispecchiano al 100/100 le descrizioni e sono molto curati, puliti, attrezzati e silenziosi. La posizione poi è veramente strategica e con un bel panorama....che dire si tornerà sicuramente.

Bellissima vacanza

Storica utilizzatrice

Ormai da quasi 10 anni trascorro le vacànze in questa struttura: Marta e tutta la sua famiglia ti riempiono di attenzioni, ti aiutano quando serve ma sanno essere discreti. La casa profuma di pulito, silenziosa e assolata rispecchia la tradizione ladina. Io ad agosto sono li, venite anche voi per provare l'ospitalità di Marta.

Ti ringrazio tantissimo per la tua bellissima dedica dettata dal cuore dato che la nostra amicizia si è ormai consolidata da anni. Un caro saluto a tutti Marta
